Privacy Policy

The privacy policy of Welida Health Co., Ltd. applies to the company’s operations regardless of access channel, whether through the website https://www.welidahealth.com and including other products or services, whether existing or future, of the company and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Services”). This privacy policy sets out the policies and procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing information of visitors or users of the Services (“Users”), including Users who have registered as members of the Services and Users who have not registered as members. This privacy policy (“Policy”) will explain what information the company collects and how it is used. What information does the company collect?

User Information
The company may collect information about Users such as name, surname, phone number, gender, date of birth, email, profile picture, contact channels, etc., including data, messages, images, audio, logos or content (Content) that Users upload or publish themselves. This information allows the company to improve services and provide additional services and uses.

If the User is a buyer of goods or online services, such as buying deal vouchers or being a Massage at Home user or other services, the company may collect information about the User, User contact information, User billing and credit card information, and usage information such as name and surname, phone number, address and travel notes, and underlying disease information, etc.

If the User is a business operator or business owner, the company may collect information about the User’s business or enterprise such as business or enterprise name, name and surname of the business owner, ID card number or legal entity registration number of the business operator or business owner, business address, phone number, email or other contact channels, bank account details (account owner name, account number, bank name), etc.

Information collected automatically
The company may automatically collect information about Users’ use of services such as access time, User movement within services, duration of User in the system, device ID or other unique identifiers, IP address, language information, device name and model, operating system information, location and time zone, geographic location information, etc.

Use of information

The company uses information collected from Users or information about Users to enable Users to use the company’s services according to Users’ purposes and for other necessary purposes under the law as follows:
